Clinic Updates - February 2019   Transitions of Care Management (TCM) Visit Update: If a provider calls a patient who has been hospitalized within 2 business days can they be billed as a TCM visit when they come to clinic?  The answer is YES , see details below :)   Tickling ( 😊 ) : Please consider a using reminder or tickler system for tracking urgent or serious lab/imaging orders - the "track order" button only goes to the overdue order queue that MAs review, not to provider's overdue orders.  You can use Epic to create a reminder or try another process that works for you.
