We have team members using multiple platforms currently - Tiger Text, Skype, Zoom, Epic which can be confusing

If we all use Zoom it will be easier to consistently reach everyone.

Restructuring workflows for PSRs at all three clinic sites

---NEW - Send Epic messages to Front Desk Pools not Call Center Pools

Continue to send messages for scheduling patients to the MA Pools for now

 

Scheduling

Working on scheduling 75% of providers in clinic starting in June.

New guidelines for scheduling hours at the bottom of the agenda - scroll down/share screen to view.

-If a provider sees a patient for a visit, you can change the PCP to yourself

-Since Peter and Emily P are both staying (yay!) we will need to make sure the new interns get plenty of patients on their panel, can schedule with them after the July schedule opens

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Respiratory hours 4:20-5pm - respiratory and fevers, lower volume and bring straight back to the rooms  

Pediatric fevers (age 0-12) accommodated from 9-5 each day with social distancing (bring straight back to room)

Senior hours - give preference for 8-9 AM

 

Well child - keep special Mondays for patient satisfaction (parents opt in)

Unrestricted otherwise outside of respiratory hours

 

Well adult visits and sports physicals -  9-4:20

OB patients 8 - 4:20

 

Medicare annual wellness - Offer virtual, but allow in person.  Preference for senior hours.  Allow otherwise outside of respiratory hours.
