Juliana Wilking-Johnson - Geriatrician at 84th - 60 minute new patients, 40 minute follow-up appointments

PPE guidelines – new recommendation for gloves in clinic, still investigating

EZ call – Next training 9/1, will be recorded

Chaperones needed for female exams – reminder – full policy to come

Hospital follow-up visit can be 40 minutes!

                Residents can note this on telephone encounters

Who to message in your pod to schedule patient appointments – Call center for hosp f/u,  MA pool other appts

Amwell Issues – Ryan F

            CHPG leadership is actively working to address performance gaps with Amwell, particularly those noted the past 2 weeks

            Please communicate about new performance issues you encounter

Drive Through Flu Shots – Ryan F

All Centura hospitals will have drive-through flu shots available this year (will be at 144th Health Campus)

The goal is to increase immunization rates and decrease office visits for flu shots. 

We will still have flu shots available for patients seen in the clinic for other reasons.

Change to placing referrals in Epic - Referrals should be "Internal" using favorite list, training to come

(she will forward minutes to med directors/managers)

Patient advice request messages- forwarded by MAs to providers, MAs can address issue when possible.

Out of Office coverage for providers:

Notify Alberta and lead MAs of who is covering for provider
