What are Pod Meetings? 4th Thursday of the month from 4-5pm

Thanks for asking - They are ever- evolving!

For the coming year we will have monthly meetings at your individual clinic (w Zoom option) to update us on quality metrics, QI projects, the financial picture and other clinic processes.

Quarterly in July, October, January and April these will be all-clinic pod meetings on Zoom

 

$500 Centura Associate incentive for Covid vaccination – If you haven’t already, we encourage you to get the Covid vaccine which is safe, effective and is our path out of the pandemic as a community!

 

July 15th our clinic will see vaccinated patients with respiratory symptoms in person -

Delayed this so that more associates could get vaccinated

Unvaccinated patients - will continue to screen these patients/offer virtual visits until further notice, will reassess in coming weeks

Providers can still request that individual patients be scheduled in person w resp symptoms based on their clinical assessment

 

N95s are available to anyone,  we now have adequate supplies - speak to your supervisor if you'd like to be fit-tested

 

Covid Vaccine update in your clinic?

Waiting for virtual site visit from State to begin vaccinations at 144th and 84th

 

Rapid Covid Testing - Abbott ID - coming soon in each clinic

For symptomatic patients, rapid mRNA test (15 min)

Supplies have been ordered, will be training again on process, watch for updates!

 

Same Day Access-

Utilizing sister clinics within our area for same-day appts - how is this going?

Trying to save same day appts to be used on the same day - exceptions are hospital follow-ups, newborns, etc

Summer is a tough time for schedules - lots of grace for one another
